Before production, our engineers review part geometry, wall thickness, draft angles, parting lines, ejector locations, tolerance requirements and secondary operations.

Each project can combine die casting with CNC machining, deburring, polishing, coating, plating or assembly according to the approved specifications. Inspection requirements are defined from the customer’s drawings and the functional needs of the finished component.
