Lathe Machining Projects

Explore selected CNC turning projects developed for shafts, bushings, sleeves, connectors, pins and other rotational components. These cases demonstrate how machining strategy, material selection and inspection planning are coordinated to control diameters, concentricity, threads and mating features.

Before production, our engineers review bore-and-shaft fits, datum relationships, runout, surface-finish requirements and secondary operations. The appropriate combination of CNC turning, turn-milling, drilling, threading and finishing is then selected according to the part geometry.

Project support covers prototypes, pilot runs and repeat production in aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, carbon steel and engineering plastics. Material certificates, first-article reports and dimensional records can be provided when agreed before production.

Project Support

  • CNC turning and turn-mill machining
  • Shafts, sleeves, bushings and connectors
  • Internal and external thread machining
  • Bore, diameter and runout control
  • Prototype and repeat-production support
  • Drawing-based dimensional inspection
