Precision Metal Stamping Mold Projects
Explore selected metal stamping die projects developed for terminals, brackets, contacts, clips, shielding parts and other precision components. These cases demonstrate how part design, strip layout, tooling structure and material behavior are coordinated for stable production.
Before tooling begins, our engineers review part geometry, sheet thickness, bend radii, tolerances, burr direction, material properties and annual volume. The appropriate progressive, compound or forming die structure is then evaluated according to the component and production requirements.
Each project may cover DFM review, die design, tooling fabrication, trial runs, sample inspection and production support. Engineering changes, die maintenance and replacement components can also be coordinated according to the approved project scope.
