Before tooling begins, our engineers review wall thickness, draft angles, ribs, bosses, undercuts, gate locations, ejector marks and critical interfaces. Potential risks such as sink marks, warpage, weld lines, short shots and difficult demolding are evaluated during the project review.

Project support can cover prototype tooling, production molds, insert molding and overmolding. Secondary operations such as painting, printing, ultrasonic welding and assembly can also be coordinated according to the approved specifications.
