Vacuum Casting Projects
Explore selected vacuum casting projects developed for functional testing, appearance evaluation, product demonstrations and low-volume production.
Vacuum casting uses a master pattern and a flexible silicone mold to reproduce detailed polyurethane parts without investing in production injection-molding tooling. It is suitable for projects requiring production-like appearance, custom colors, varied hardness levels, transparent components or overmolded features.
Each project is reviewed according to part geometry, material properties, required quantity, surface finish and intended testing purpose. This allows the master pattern, mold structure and casting material to be planned around the specific project requirements.
Our vacuum casting project capabilities include:
- Rigid and flexible polyurethane parts
- Transparent and translucent components
- Custom color matching
- Soft-touch and rubber-like prototypes
- Textured and polished surfaces
- Insert casting and overmolded features
- Functional and appearance prototypes
- Pilot builds and low-volume production
