Manufacturing Resources for Different Project Stages

Every project has different requirements for material, geometry, quantity, appearance, and functional performance. Instead of relying on a single manufacturing process, we select suitable equipment and production resources according to the intended application of each part.

Our equipment and facility network supports concept models, engineering prototypes, functional testing parts, presentation samples, bridge production, and low-volume manufacturing.

Inspection equipment for dimensional and quality verification

Rapid prototyping for design evaluation

CNC machining for accurate metal and plastic parts

Vacuum casting for small batches of appearance parts

Injection molding for production-ready plastic components

Surface finishing for visual and functional requirements

CNC Machining Equipment

CNC machining provides a practical solution for producing accurate prototypes and low-volume parts from engineering plastics and metals.

Our machining resources support milling, turning, drilling, threading, and other common operations for components with functional surfaces, mounting features, internal structures, and assembly requirements.

CNC machining is commonly used for:

Parts requiring secondary finishing

Functional prototypes

Metal housings and structural components

Jigs, fixtures, and tooling parts

Precision plastic components

Low-volume end-use parts

3D Printing Equipment

3D printing helps shorten development time when projects require fast design verification or complex geometries that may be difficult to produce using conventional machining.

Different printing processes and materials can be selected according to appearance, strength, accuracy, surface quality, and testing requirements. This makes 3D printing suitable for both early concept models and more functional prototype applications.

Typical applications include:

Low-quantity customized components

Concept and presentation models

Form and fit evaluation

Internal structure verification

Assembly testing

Complex geometric prototypes

Vacuum Casting Facilities

Vacuum casting is suitable for producing small batches of plastic-like parts when appearance, color, texture, or assembly performance needs to be evaluated before production tooling is introduced.

A master model is used to create a silicone mold, allowing multiple cast parts to be produced with relatively consistent external details. The process is often selected for product demonstrations, user testing, engineering trials, and bridge production.

Vacuum casting can support:

Assembly and functional evaluation

Small batches of enclosure parts

Transparent or colored components

Rubber-like and rigid prototypes

Presentation samples

Pre-production market testing

Injection Molding and Tooling Resources

For projects moving toward repeat production, injection molding provides a scalable method for manufacturing plastic components with consistent geometry and surface appearance.

Tooling requirements are evaluated according to part structure, selected material, expected order volume, surface finish, and future production plans. Design review and manufacturing coordination help identify potential molding risks before tooling begins.

Our project support can cover:

Low-volume and repeat production planning

Design for manufacturability review

Prototype and bridge tooling

Production mold development

Plastic injection molding

Mold trial and sample evaluation
